You're Worth It

It has taken me 4 years to view the world in which I walk in differently. 
I am 45 years old and never realized until that moment, I have a choice.
Life wasn't easy before then and I can't say everyday was filled with the
greatest of joy. 

Of course,  there were moments that made my heart sing, my spirit sore with laughter, but much of the time was filled with frustration, worry and a feeling of failure.  I allowed the world to define who I was, what I should wear and how I would survive.  It wasn't until the watched the movie "The Secret"  did I begin to see the truth to my life.  

I read book after book, watched movies, listened to many inspirational speakers until I slowly began to realize that the key to life is simple, being grateful for who I was by loving myself and loving everything that surrounds me.

 Happiness, wealth, peace and freedom can only exist in its truest form when love is present.

If you stop and take a moment to think about when you were the most happiest, when life seemed to be going great, you will see that love was there shining its glory through you.   

When someone smiles at you, your heart can't help but smile; when you do a kind act for someone, your heart can't help but be filled with a sense of joy and purpose.

I have lived by these two quotes and continue to help everyone see the beauty and love that has been inside them all along. 

I created this as a resource site for all my friends and my newest friends that come along in order to help them on their life's journey.  I have included all my favorites and I know more will be added. One can never stop learning.
